We are working diligently to prepare your order for shipment!
In order to insure it's arrival in a timely manner, all our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and we send you the tracking number as soon as we get it.
We only charge actual shipping (no "handling" charges). We can fit two scarves (sometimes three) in small Priority Mail box making shipping a flat rate of $7.15 for up to two scarves (sometimes we can squeeze three in). If you order three or more, please provide your zip code and we will find the speediest, least costly way to get them to you.
You want to send it back? No problem.
Simply ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you 100% the cost of the scarf.
But to help us learn how to please you, would you kindly include a reason? Was it the wrong color? Too long? Too short? Allergic to silk? We would love to know.
